Alexandria Lane is a Screenwriter and Director with a background in Art Direction for television and narrative film. A seventh generation Texan turned NYC transplant, Lane creates character-driven stories that connect people from all walks of life. Lane’s stories typically dive into the intimate and complex worlds of female, trans and non binary characters, because the world doesn’t see enough of their better half represented. Her work exposes the sides in all of us that are raw, dark, queer and occasionally, funny. Her most recent directing works include MIND OVER BODY, DRIVE YOUR CAR and LEATHER DADDY. She is currently developing her first narrative feature, STORIES OF MOM and several television drama pilots, including ‘FEMINOID’ and TEDDY GIRL.
